February – March	700,- Kč per night per person
April – May	550,- Kč per night per person
June – August	500,- Kč per night per person
September – December	600,- Kč per night per person
Christmas and New Years Eve dates	700,- Kč per night per person

For stays that are shorter than three days the price can be set individually.

DISCOUNTS:

Children under three years of age (included) for free

Children under ten years of age with 40% discount

For each rented apartment we collect a refundable deposit of 2.000,- Kč (equipment damage, loss of keys, etc.).
the landlord reserves the right to inspect the leased premises
the landlord also reserves the right to enter all areas of the building for the necessary maintenance, repairs, cleaning, etc.
access to the building is prohibited for pets (dogs, cats, etc.).
in case of violation of the agreed rules, destruction or damage to the equipment of the property or other behavior that is contrary to good morals, the landlord reserves the right to unilaterally terminate the rental of the apartment
